Shipping Methods

Once your order is complete, it will be shipped out immediately  via USPS First Class Mail. Please allow up to five business days for delivery from the date the order is shipped. Each order includes USPS First Class Mail Insurance and will be insured for the retail value of the products purchased. This is for customers in the United States. For International orders, please email for rates and terms.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is only applied to purchases made within the State of California. Tax charges will appear automatically during your checkout.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

The utmost quality is put into each piece. If for some reason you are unsatisfied, exchanges are accepted for online store credit within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in original condition. You will receive a credit via email once the returned items are received at the studio. Store credits do not expire. To setup a return please email twistedwillow111@outlook.com with your order number. Custom orders are not-exchangeable. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

I recommend insuring your return. I am not responsible for lost packages and cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged.
